ZP17旋轉式壓片機
主要用途
本機用以將各種可粒狀原料壓制成圓形片劑，小批量生產。其特點是裝盤上可裝15-19付沖模，旋轉一周即可壓制15-19片。轉盤速度、物料的充填深度均可調節(jié)。機上的機械緩沖裝置可避免過載而引起的機件損壞。機體一側配有吸粉箱，通過吸咀可吸取機器運轉時產生的粉塵，避免粘結堵塞。
MAIN PUROSE
This machine is used for pressing all kinds of granular materials into round tablets. The utility model is characterized in that a 15-19 die can be installed on the mounting plate, and the 15-19 sheet can be pressed for one week. Rotary speed, material filling depth can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer on the machine can avoid the damage caused by overload. One side of the body is provided with a powder absorbing box, which can absorb the dust generated when the machine is running, so as to avoid sticking and blocking.
