主要用途
本機用以將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成片狀，除圓片以外還可以壓制各種幾何形狀的異形片、雙面刻字片。其結(jié)構(gòu)為雙壓式，有兩套加料裝置和兩套壓輪。轉(zhuǎn)盤上可裝25付活絡(luò)式?jīng)_桿，旋轉(zhuǎn)一周即可壓制50片。壓制圓片時，根據(jù)片劑大小，沖桿上可裝雙沖、三沖和四沖。故適用于大批量生產(chǎn)，壓片時轉(zhuǎn)盤的速度、物料的充填深度、壓片厚度、下沖頂出高度均可調(diào)節(jié)。隨機附單獨吸粉箱，通過吸分管與吸咀可吸取機器運轉(zhuǎn)時說產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免粉塵粘結(jié)堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用。
