GX-型列管式石墨降膜吸收器具有吸收效率高、吸收強度高（一般可達0.8～1.2噸/單管、日）產(chǎn)品酸濃度高、出口溫度低，不需再冷卻、操作穩(wěn)定、控制方便等特點。
　　本設(shè)備不污染產(chǎn)品，主要用于吸收HCI氣體生產(chǎn)鹽酸，亦可作其它氣體（SO2NH3P2O5H2S等）的膜式吸收。
　　本產(chǎn)品分I型與II型，I型下封頭為浸漬石墨，II型封頭為鋼襯膠件。訂貨不注明時，均按I型供應(yīng)。
　　技術(shù)特性（按HG5/T3188-2000制造）：進氣溫度：上封頭：
　　 石墨件時：≯170℃
　　 襯膠件時：≯60℃
　　 許用壓力：管程≯0.1MPa
　　 殼程：0.3MPa

The equipment doesn"t pollute the product,it is mainly used in absorbing HCIgsa to form chlrhydric acit,it is also used in flim absorbing other gases.(a Such as SO2NH3P2O5H2S,etc)
There are two types optioned:Model I and Model II.The below sealed-head of model I is made of impreganated graphite,and willsupply the model I of you don"t give clear indication of the model in the order form.
