■ 概述 Descriptions
◎ 本粉碎機(jī)組由粉碎機(jī)、ESC物料收集箱和ESC吸 塵器組成，解決物料在粉碎過程中粉塵飛揚(yáng)。 本機(jī)的工作原理是物料進(jìn)入粉碎室，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的 活動(dòng)齒盤與固定齒盤間受齒的沖擊、剪切、磨擦及 物料間的相互撞擊作用下被粉碎，經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)篩選后即 成為所需的粉料。
◎ 本粉碎機(jī)組的粉碎機(jī)、物料收集箱和吸塵器，全 部采用不銹鋼材料制作。符合藥品生產(chǎn)的gMP的要 求。
◎ the grinder set consist of Model 30B grinder, ESC collector of raw material and ESC collective duster. It solves the problem.i.e. the duster is flying during the period of crusing raw material.
