設(shè)備特點
酒精回收塔由塔釜、塔身、冷凝器、冷卻器、緩沖罐、高位貯罐六個部分組成，適用于制藥、食品、輕工、化工等行業(yè)的稀酒精回收，本設(shè)備與物料接觸部分采用0Cr 18Ni9不銹鋼制造，具有良好的耐腐蝕性能，并且有節(jié)能、環(huán)保、降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高效率等優(yōu)點。本裝置可將30度－50度的的稀酒精蒸餾到93度－95度，殘液排放含醇度低符合環(huán)保要求。本裝置采用高效不銹鋼波紋填料。接觸物料部分全部采用不銹鋼制造符合GPM標準。
