1.采用符合食品行業(yè)衛(wèi)生標準并且耐油的隔膜濾板，隔膜材料制為聚丙烯（pp），利用油（空氣）對隔膜壓榨，壓榨壓力1.6MPa,使得濾餅較干，得油率高。

2.壓榨過程結(jié)束后，對各管道實行正吹/反吹，將殘留在管道中的油吹回到結(jié)晶罐中，并使得濾餅從濾布上剝離，卸料時易于脫落

3.所得液油通過特殊的透明的軟管收集到總管當中，便于觀察到濾液的濁度狀況，而且有效的防止液油接觸空氣氧化，影響產(chǎn)品的口味，內(nèi)襯鋼絲網(wǎng)的半透明軟管不易折斷、不易壓扁、保證了液油排出流道的暢通

4.濾布及濾布清洗：濾布是隔膜壓濾機應(yīng)用于油脂分提工藝的核心技術(shù)，直接影響著分擔的效果與收得率的高低，本公司采用瑞士制造的濾布，使用于硬脂和液油的分離，具有濾液清、濾餅易脫落的特點

2.After squeezing,blow/anti-blow compressed air to evey pipes to bring all the residual oil back to crystallizer；all the cakes can be discharged easily from filter cloth.

3.In orde to observe tubidity degree and to prevent oxygenation which will insult oil taste,all the olein are collected by special transparent hoses to a main pipe,Inner steel screen liner translucent hose can't be snapped or staved to guarantee open drains for olein
