氣調(diào)盒式包裝機是在真空包裝機、充氮包裝機的基礎上研發(fā)的一種全新的食品果蔬保鮮包裝設備。其特點是解決了真空包裝加高溫滅菌后食品口感品味破壞較大、充氮包裝要求無菌包裝而投資較大的欠缺。通過復合氣調(diào)包裝，能確保食品原有口感、口味，保證了食品的原汁原味、原貌。盒式氣調(diào)保鮮包裝機氣體混合、氣體真空置換、熱封裁切、熱封膜收放、物料膜轉(zhuǎn)換等運轉(zhuǎn)程序均由微機自動控制，且每個環(huán)節(jié)均可以根據(jù)需要在觸摸屏上調(diào)節(jié)。模具均由不銹鋼及硬質(zhì)合金精工制造。整機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊性能可靠。
