FS系列標準漏孔 FS Series Leak Standard

在特定的氣壓下產生精確的漏率(模擬一個漏孔的氣體泄漏),常用于校準空氣泄漏測試儀、空氣流量測試儀,或者作為設備點檢、精度確認等。

The accurate leak rate produced under the certain pressure (simulate pneumatic leakage from a leak), commonly used in the calibration air leak tester, air flow meter, or as the accuracy of the equipment point check and confirm.

流量基準國家計量系統可溯源;

流量范圍0.1～50.0sccm；

壓力范圍 -95kPa～1.6MPa；
