BG350型高效包衣機(jī)是我所為滿足大批量、小批次生產(chǎn)的需求及GMP規(guī)范不斷提高的要求，基于十幾年設(shè)計及制造經(jīng)驗而開發(fā)的大型包衣設(shè)備。其測量控制參數(shù)多，自動化程度高，減少了人為因素對包衣質(zhì)量的影響，提高藥品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性。
主要特點(diǎn)有：
1．生產(chǎn)能力大，zui大有效容積480升；
2．采用彩色觸摸屏做為控制界面，畫面清晰，直觀，信息量大；
3．可顯示主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、負(fù)壓、主機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)、出風(fēng)溫度、供液流量、供風(fēng)風(fēng)量、熱風(fēng)柜出口溫度；
4．配備在位清洗系統(tǒng)（WIP）；
5．可以自動控制主機(jī)內(nèi)負(fù)壓和供風(fēng)風(fēng)量；
6．配備過濾效率達(dá)99.9%（0.5μ）的濾筒式除塵柜.
BG350 Type High Efficiency Coating Machine is a large type of coating equipment. Its development is based on GMP, the design and manufacture experiences of more than ten years.BG350 Type High Efficiency Coating Machine has more measurement and control functions and is equipped with advanced system control parameters; and it has high automatization level. The influence of operators on coating quality is reduced and the stability of machine quality is improved.
The main features are as the follows:
1.Large production capacity, the maximum effective volume is 480L;
2.Use color touch-screen as control interface; the pictures are clear and clean and with lots of information;
3.Pan Unit rotation speed, voltage, the temperature of Pan Unit input air & output air, flow rate, amount of air supply, and exit temperature of Hot Air Unit can all be shown;
4.Equipped with “Wash In Place”（WIP）;
5.Voltage of Pan Unit and amount of air supply can be regulated automatically;
6.Equipped with filter-dedust cabinet, the filtrate efficiency can reach 99.9%（0.5μ）
