此款節(jié)能高壓型制氮機(jī)為一體機(jī)系統(tǒng)。即內(nèi)置全無(wú)油壓縮機(jī),經(jīng)冷凍干燥機(jī)及三級(jí)過(guò)濾器除去油水、粉塵顆粒,經(jīng)預(yù)處理后的無(wú)油干燥空氣進(jìn)入二組制氮吸附器進(jìn)行氧氮分離,一級(jí)吸附,一組脫附,連續(xù)生產(chǎn)出合格的氮?dú)馑椭恋獨(dú)饩彌_罐,當(dāng)?shù)獨(dú)饩彌_罐壓力達(dá)到設(shè)定壓力時(shí),停止制氮機(jī)組,切換至增壓系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始增壓氮?dú)?,氮?dú)饩彌_罐壓力下降到設(shè)定值時(shí)停止增壓,又開(kāi)始制氮運(yùn)行,從而連續(xù)不斷的產(chǎn)出高壓氮?dú)?。氮?dú)鈮毫筛哌_(dá)1 .5MPa-30Mpa,。
該機(jī)型的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)為“全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行"(無(wú)需人為操作設(shè)備的啟停),空氣進(jìn)品、氮?dú)獬隹谠O(shè)有過(guò)濾調(diào)壓部件,內(nèi)置冷凍干燥機(jī)及C、T、A三級(jí)過(guò)濾器、自動(dòng)排水器。PC控制系統(tǒng)選用西門(mén)子主機(jī)。氮?dú)饧兌扔?9.99 -99.999%氮?dú)夥治鰞x在線檢測(cè),氮?dú)饧兌炔缓细褡詣?dòng)排空并報(bào)警,合格氮?dú)廨敵龊筮_(dá)到設(shè)定壓力白動(dòng)停機(jī)。節(jié)省空壓機(jī)能耗達(dá)10%-30%不等。制氮吸附塔交替運(yùn)行排空時(shí),加裝有快速排空裝置,以達(dá)到制氮工藝快速脫附要求,延長(zhǎng)了工藝電磁閥的使用壽命。
The energy-saving nitrogen making machine of high pressure uses an all-in-one system, that is, built-in oil-free compressor. Firstly, freezing and drying machine and three-stage filter are used to remove grease, dust particles. After preprocessed, the oil-free dry air is pushed into two groups of nitrogen adsorb machines to separate hydrogen and nitrogen. While one group adsorbing, the other group stripping, continuous qualified nitrogen is produced to nitrogen buffer tank. When nitrogen buffer tank's pressure reaches to set value, nitrogen generating unit stops and instead pressurization system starts charging nitrogen. When the nitrogen gas buffer tank pressure drops to the set point, it is supposed to stop charging and begin the operation of nitrogen making, thereby continuously outputting high pressure nitrogen whose pressure can be up to 1. 5 Mpa - 30 Mpa.
Running state of the machine is "automatic operation" (that is, without the need for operating the start-stop of the equipment). Air inlet and nitrogen outlet are equipped with pressure regulating components, the built-in refrigeration dryer and C, T, A three-stage filter and automatic drainage device. Siemens host is used in PC control system. Nitrogen purity is monitored by analyzer on-line, by 99.99-99.999% unit. Automatic emptying and alarm are set if the purity of nitrogen is unqualified, and the system will automatically stop when it reaches the set pressure after qualified nitrogen output, thus, saving the air compressor power consumption by up to 10-30% range. Altemately emptying system of nitrogen adsorption tower, with a rapid emptying device, in order to achieve rapid stripping requirements in nitrogen making process, prolongs the life of electromagnetic valve.
