Safety valve / Relief valve安全閥/ 泄壓閥

Relief valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of metering pump. When the system pressure becomes abnormal, relief valve protects metering pump from any damages.

安全閥：在系統(tǒng)、管路壓力過高時，能及時起到釋放壓力，對泵起保護作用，并對液體回收。又作泄壓閥。

常用材料:PVC, SUS304, SUS316, PTFE

常用管徑:DN10, DN15, DN25, DN32, DN40

Back Pressure valve / counterbalance valve  背壓閥

When medicine dosing point is lower than the outlet of metering pump, back pressure valve shall be installed at the outlet of metering pump in order to reduce siphon and excess feeding, and ensure the metering accuracy of metering pump is not affected.

在管路或是設(shè)備容器壓力不穩(wěn)的狀態(tài)下，能保持管線所需壓力，使泵能正常輸出流量。另在泵的出端由于重力或其它作用常會出現(xiàn)虹吸現(xiàn)象，此時背壓閥能消減由于虹吸產(chǎn)生的流量及壓力的波動。

Check valve / Non-return valve單向閥/ 截止閥

Keeping the liquid adding by turning towards and guarantee the pipeline liquid not have the counter-flow phenomenon.

能阻止管路上的液體不形成倒流。

Pulse Damper  脈沖阻尼器

To slow down the impulse hunting of liquid medicine discharged from metering pump.

能減少95%就由計量泵運行所產(chǎn)生的脈動，一般安裝在出口管路上并靠近計量泵。.

常用材料:PVC, SUS304, SUS316, PTFE

常用口徑:DN10, DN15, DN25, DN32, DN40

Diaphragm Type Pulse Damper 膜片式脈沖阻尼器

Can effectively reduce the pulsation after the pump by up to 95%, Generally, installated in export piplelines and closed to metering pump, and applied in high-risk place, inter equipped with PTFE diaphragm.

能減少95%由計量泵運行所產(chǎn)生的脈動，一般安裝在出口管路上并靠近計量泵，應(yīng)用于高危場所，內(nèi)部配有四氟膜片。
常用材質(zhì)：PVC SUS304 SUS316 內(nèi)襯四氟

Y-style Filter / Y-formal Filter / Y-Type Strainer Y-型過濾器

Installed on the inlet pipeline of metering pump, filter is used to clear impurity or large granules away from carried mediums, in order to ensure the normal operation of metering pump.

能過濾介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)，對計量泵形成保護作用，一般安裝在進口管路上并靠近計量泵。

常用材料:PVC, SUS304, SUS316, PTFE

常用口徑:DN10, DN15, DN25, DN32, DN40

Diaphragm 膜片

1.Material: metal with PTFE, rubber with PTFE, quench with PTFE；

材質(zhì)：金屬＋PTFE、橡膠＋PTFE（氟橡膠）、淬火PTFE；

2.Is mainly used to metering pump conveying for all types of acidproof alkali liquor, corrosion resistance is strong.

特點： 主要是用于計量泵輸送各種耐酸堿藥液，耐蝕性強。
