■ 特點(diǎn)Features

l   泵內(nèi)置式密封潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)，密封循環(huán)水對泵密封系統(tǒng)的潤滑、沖洗更為直接、有效。

l   直線型的外觀并在泵蓋上附加加強(qiáng)筋，內(nèi)置式密封潤滑結(jié)構(gòu)使泵整體結(jié)構(gòu)渾然一體，靈活的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使泵更加精美大方。

l   泵體吸入口與吐出口均在泵體的下方，這樣可以再不拆卸系列管道的情況下取出轉(zhuǎn)子，維修方便，大部分泵體采用雙流道設(shè)計(jì)，以減小徑向力。

l   泵體、泵蓋均采用樹脂砂板模造型，保證了外觀及流到尺寸以及泵的水力效率（不同于一般S、SH干模沙造型）。

l   葉輪進(jìn)行平衡，確保了泵的運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，噪聲降低。

l   軸縮短軸間距，增加軸徑，以延長軸承和機(jī)械密封的使用壽命，軸為全封結(jié)構(gòu)，確保了不與介質(zhì)接觸，不銹蝕，使用壽命長。

l   軸套根據(jù)不同用戶的需求可采用多種不同的材料，以防止軸的磨損和銹蝕。

l   軸封采用填料密封或機(jī)械密封，可以再不拆卸泵蓋的情況下更換密封裝置。

l   軸承及潤滑采用脂潤滑。傳動(dòng)通過彈性聯(lián)軸器由電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。

l   旋轉(zhuǎn)方向：正轉(zhuǎn)為從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，反轉(zhuǎn)為從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看為逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。

Pump inner sealing lubrication structure, the sealing circulation water can lubrication and wash the pump sealing system more directly and effect.

The linear appearance and adding strong then on the pump cover, the inside seal lubrication structure make pump structure more beautiful, and the flexible structure design action make pump look more perfect. The inlet and outlet located under the pump, therefore you can take the motor out without disassemble series pipe, it’s convenient to maintain, the most casing adopt double flowing passage designation, so that reduce the caliber direction force.

The casing, pump cover adopt resinic sａnd board mould sculpt, that ensured appearance more beautiful, passing dimension precision and pump’s water power efficiency (It’s different form common S、SH type sculpt).

The impeller is balance, that ensured pump operate reposefully, and have lower noise.

The shaft shorten shaft clearance, long than shaft caliber, in order to prolong the life of bearing and mechanical seal, the shaft is the whole sealing structure, that ensured it not contact with medium, can’t be eroded and prolonged using life.

The shaft cover adopts kinds of different material according to different users’ demand, that prevent shaft be frayed and eroded.

The shaft seal adopts padding seal or mechanical seal, can exchange seal device that needn’t disassemble pump cover.

The bearing and lubrication adopt resinic lubrication. It’s drived by motor through spring coupler.

Rotating direction : it’s clockwise, if seen from driving , and it contra rotate if seen from driving end for opposite rotation.

l   密封冷卻、潤滑管路一反傳統(tǒng)的雙吸泵外循環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)，而直接做在泵蓋和密封架里，水從泵壓出室沿管路進(jìn)入機(jī)械密封腔室（填料），實(shí)現(xiàn)了冷卻、沖洗、潤滑作用，同時(shí)防止在泵起動(dòng)時(shí)，空氣沿密封處進(jìn)入吸水室，保證了機(jī)組的良好運(yùn)行。

Sealed cooling and lubrication pipeline departs from the traditional outside-circulation structure of double-suction pumps. It is directly set in the casing cover and stuffing housing. Water from de pump chamber enters into the mechanical seal housing (packing) along the pipe to realize the function of cooling lubrication meanwhile, it prevents the air from entering into the suction room through the seal when pump is started. This ensures a good operation of whole machine.
