PXG-150高速旋蓋機(jī)(High-speed Capping Machine)產(chǎn)品介紹：
1、試用范圍廣，可用于圓瓶、方瓶、扁瓶旋蓋。
2、調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，可根據(jù)瓶蓋、瓶頸的大小及瓶體的高低，在旋獸機(jī)可調(diào)范圍內(nèi)任意
調(diào)節(jié)而無需更換相應(yīng)的模具。
3、與中速搓式旋蓋機(jī)區(qū)別在于：采用四組高彈性耐磨橡膠輪搓轉(zhuǎn)瓶蓋、旋蓋輪、夾瓶
傳送帶速度均采用無極變速。
4、采用齒輪箱傳動(dòng)，避免了國(guó)內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品采用同步帶傳動(dòng)噪聲大的問題。
5、旋蓋與夾瓶調(diào)節(jié)都裝有數(shù)字顯示裝置方便操作。
6、裝有蓋子擰斜、未擰緊及無鋁箔自動(dòng)剔除裝置。
7、旋蓋機(jī)組采用彈性設(shè)計(jì)，延長(zhǎng)旋蓋輪使用壽命，同時(shí)能旋金屬蓋。
8、本機(jī)具有壓蓋和旋蓋雙重功能。
