Description
ATI's PSL Jet Atomizer is a versatile, low-cost, rugged unit capable of testing cleanroom systems up to 100,000 cfm with Polystyrene Latex (PSL) spheres. The generator consists of a rugged stainless steel base unit with a detachable hand-held probe from which the PSL aerosol exhausts. The hand-held probe houses a unique atomizing nozzle capable of producing high concentrations of PSL aerosol in a stable and reproducible manner. The base unit contains a reservoir for the PSL suspension and a means for controlling the aerosol output. This user-friendly configuration allows aerosol generation at the base unit or at remote locations using the hand-held probe. The ATI PSL Jet atomizer requires only compressed air to operate. The ATI PSL Jet Atomizer is ideal for certifying cleanrooms in microelectronic facilities or where traditional oil-based aerosols are prohibited.
