JT2全自動(dòng)藥片拋光機(jī)是為片劑生產(chǎn)過程中對(duì)藥片表面粉塵和毛邊的去除所提供的設(shè)備，藥片拋光機(jī)和壓片機(jī)聯(lián)機(jī)后，藥片直接進(jìn)入藥片拋光機(jī)的拋光網(wǎng)桶，網(wǎng)桶經(jīng)變頻器控制的交流電機(jī)進(jìn)行高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，拋掉藥片表面粉末，加上正壓吹起裝置，可將藥片表面粉塵清掃干凈，并且有助于靜電的消除，藥片拋光機(jī)的網(wǎng)桶內(nèi)無毛刺，不會(huì)傷及藥片表面。
經(jīng)過上百余次不同物料試驗(yàn)，這種結(jié)構(gòu)藥片拋光機(jī)使用安全可靠，產(chǎn)量大，效果好，是對(duì)片劑拋光的助手。本藥片拋光機(jī)全部由 304 不銹鋼制造，（也可采用 316 不銹鋼），外形美觀，拆裝清潔時(shí)，無需工具，清潔*。
JT2全自動(dòng)藥片拋光機(jī)的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1 為交流電機(jī)，變頻調(diào)速可以按照不同的直徑不同的粉塵狀態(tài)調(diào)整速度，以達(dá)到的拋光狀態(tài)。
2 篩網(wǎng)內(nèi)外全部拋光，旋轉(zhuǎn)葉片使片劑有規(guī)律的進(jìn)行，采用螺旋推進(jìn)方式，拋光距離可達(dá)3.2 米 ，速度快效率高。
3 篩網(wǎng)桶中心全部配置過濾后的壓縮空氣使片劑表面拋光，同時(shí)可消除片劑表面靜電，效果更好。
4 高低上下左右均可以調(diào)整，使用自如。
5 整機(jī)全部采用醫(yī)藥不銹鋼材料，清潔*（整機(jī)不銹鋼 304 制造），符合GMP。
6 帶安全保護(hù)行程開關(guān)。
7 拋光時(shí)帶吸塵粉裝置，正壓吹掃藥片表面，吸塵口為負(fù)壓，無粉塵外逸。
8 本機(jī)zui大的特點(diǎn)是產(chǎn)量大，每小時(shí)可拋光藥片 50 萬片 / 小時(shí)。（ф 5 藥片）
- The power is AC motor, which can be operated for a long time. The variable frequency speed control can be done according to variable diameter or different states of dusts in order to reach the best burnishing effect.
- All tablets insideoutside of screen can be burnished. The net bucket is propelled by screw. The rotating blades move the tablets forward in regular pattern. The distance for burnishing can reach 3.2 meters. The speed is fastefficiency is high. The raw edges of tablets can be removed.
- The blowing air at the center of screen bucket can eliminate the dusts on surface of tablets brought by electrostatic charges. The tablets will have cleaner surfaces after being blown. The bottom of the equipment has dust suction port. During tablet burnishing, the port is connected to negative pressure for dust suction. At the center of screen bucket, the air blow is positive pressure. Therefore, the effect of burnishing is better without overflowing of dusts （the whole unit is manufactured of stainless steel 304）.
- The whole unit is compley manufactured by stainless steel for medicine. Both internalexternal surfaces are weldedpolished. They are clean without blind spot.
