特點/characteristic
◆本機為立式轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)構(gòu)，采用機械手夾翻轉(zhuǎn)和噴管作往復跟蹤的方式。利用超聲波清洗和水氣交替噴射沖洗，能自動完成進瓶、超聲波清洗、外洗、內(nèi)洗、出瓶的全過程，整體傳遞過程模擬齒輪外嚙合原理。該機破瓶率低、通用性廣、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，由于水、管路不交叉污染，符合GMP的要求。

◆進瓶采用兩段式網(wǎng)帶結(jié)構(gòu)，保證瓶子在水中有足夠的推力，使螺桿不缺瓶。
