| 本機(jī)組由剪切式滾刀軋碎機(jī)、粉碎主 機(jī)、旋風(fēng)分離器、布袋除塵器、星型排料器、進(jìn)風(fēng)蝶閥、離心式風(fēng)機(jī)、電氣控制箱等組成。是一臺(tái)比較完整的中型粉碎機(jī)組?？捎糜卺t(yī)藥、化工、輕工、食品等行業(yè)的粉碎加工。 特點(diǎn)：全部粉碎過(guò)程一經(jīng)加料后物料就 在一個(gè)封閉的系統(tǒng)中自行流轉(zhuǎn)，直到細(xì)粉排出，無(wú)需人工操作，物料污染機(jī)會(huì)少，管道均采用快卸夾頭，清洗方便，有利制藥行業(yè)的GMP達(dá)標(biāo)。 工作原理：塊狀或板狀物料從軋碎機(jī) 加料口進(jìn)入軋碎機(jī)，由軋碎機(jī)軋碎后直接入粉碎機(jī)粉碎，細(xì)粉經(jīng)篩板小孔排除，進(jìn)入風(fēng)管，由風(fēng)力將細(xì)粉送入旋風(fēng)分離器，絕大部分的細(xì)粉由裝在旋風(fēng)分離器下端的星形排料器排出，直接進(jìn)入貯粉桶或貯粉袋。夾帶少量粉塵的氣流由布袋除塵器除塵后經(jīng)離心風(fēng)機(jī)排空。 | The set is composed of shearing cutter machine,the crushing host, cyclone separator, bag filter, star-shaped row of feeders, the windy subbutterfly valve, centrifugal fans, electric control box. Working Disiplines: block or plate materials feeding from the mouth into the crushing machine, then into the jet milling directly, powder excluded through the sieve holes into the wind pipe, the wind will make fine Powder into the cyclone separator, most of the fine powder from the bottom of the star-shaped feeder row discharge and then into storage bins or storage chalks directly. Airflow with a small amount of dust, dedusting from the bag dust filter, evacuate through the windy sub-butterfly valve. |
