DWT脫水干燥機(jī)是在傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)帶式干燥機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上研究開發(fā)的專用型設(shè)備，具有較強(qiáng)的針對性，實(shí)用性，能源效率高，廣泛用于各類地區(qū)性和季節(jié)性蔬菜、果品的脫水干燥，如:蒜片、南瓜、魔芋、自蘿卜、山藥、竹筍等，已擁有用戶50多家，在線設(shè)備80多臺套，是國內(nèi)最富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的蔬菜干燥設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，工廠科技人員長期跟蹤服務(wù)于這些用戶，深入用戶進(jìn)行調(diào)試研究，得到手實(shí)踐資料并結(jié)合技術(shù)，不斷改進(jìn)完善設(shè)備，到目前為止，已開發(fā)了對第三代DWT系列蔬菜脫水干燥機(jī)，我們在為用戶生產(chǎn)制作設(shè)備時，根據(jù)所需干燥產(chǎn)品的特性，用戶工藝要求，結(jié)合十幾年來積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為用戶設(shè)計(jì)制作出，佳的蔬菜干燥設(shè)備。

DWT dehydration dryer is a special type of equipment developed on the basis of traditional mesh belt dryer. lt has strong pertinencepracticability and high energy eficiency. t is widely used for dehydration and drying of various regional and seasonal vegetables and fruitssuch as garlic slices, pumpkin, konjac, white radish, yam, bamboo shoots, etc. lt has more than 50 users and more than 80 sets of onlineequipment. t is the most experienced vegetable drying equipment manufacturer in China. 干燥面積、風(fēng)壓、風(fēng)量、干燥溫度、網(wǎng)帶盎速度均可調(diào)節(jié)，以適應(yīng)蔬菜的特性及品質(zhì)要求。

應(yīng)用Applications

能滿足根、莖、葉類條狀、塊狀、片狀、大顆粒等蔬菜物料的干燥和大批量連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，同時能限度的保留產(chǎn)品的營養(yǎng)成分及顏色等。O干燥的典型物料有:蒜片、南瓜、胡蘿卜、魔芋、山藥、竹竿、辣根、洋蔥、蘋果等。

原 理 Principles

蔬菜脫水干燥機(jī)分別有加料器、干燥床、熱交換器及排濕風(fēng)機(jī)等主要部件組成。

干燥機(jī)工作時，冷室氣通過熱交換器進(jìn)行加熱，采用科學(xué)合理循環(huán)方式，使熱空氣穿流通過床面上的被干燥物料進(jìn)行均勻的熱質(zhì)交換，機(jī)體各單元內(nèi)熱氣流在循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)的作用下進(jìn)行熱風(fēng)循環(huán)，最后排出低溫高濕度的空氣，平穩(wěn)高效地完成整個干燥過程。

Vegetable dehydration dryer is composed of feeder, drying bed.heat exchanger and dehumidification fan.

When the dryer works, the air in the cold chamber is heated by theheat exchanger, and the scientific and reasonable circulation mode isadopted to make the hot air flow through the dried materials on thebed surface to carry out uniform heat and mass exchange. The hot airflow in each unit of the body is circulated by hot air under the action ofthe circulation fan, and finally the air with low temperature and highhumidity is discharged, thus completing the whole drying processsmoothly and efficiently.
