設(shè)備概述：
本機(jī)為全密封型，雙鏈懸掛輸送，清洗零件進(jìn)出口在機(jī)器兩側(cè)，用人工裝卸。本機(jī)_共有四個(gè)清洗槽: 熱沖浪槽，超聲粗洗槽，超聲精洗槽超聲漂洗槽，且、第二、第三槽為加熱控制溫度自控。加熱方式: 燕氣加熱、電加熱、通過轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)任選。吊藍(lán)平移、上升下降運(yùn)動，通過PLC變頻器及接近開關(guān)自動實(shí)現(xiàn)。

The machine is afull—sealed type.lt adopts double—chain overhead conveyer the washed parts enter and exit from the same window Its unloading with hand.there are four washing channels:hot surfing channel: roughult rasonic washing channel:poecision ultrasonic washing:ultrasonic washing the first, the second and the third channel adopt heating control The temperature is controlled itself. Heating method:vapor heating: electric heating They can be exchanged with a button at will the hori zontal moving lifting of the hanged basket is auto conteolled with PLC conve rter and proximity swutch.
