BKDL低溫冷阱機主要用途:
在分子泵和油擴散泵抽空系統(tǒng)中,影響真空度和抽空速度主要是水蒸氣和其他高沸點氣體(如返油蒸汽,CO2)低溫冷阱主要用于分子泵,油擴散泵抽空系統(tǒng)。其工作原理與低溫捕集泵相似,主要是快速凝結(jié)抽空系統(tǒng)中的水蒸氣和其他高沸點氣體,減少擴散泵返油造成的真空室污染,提高抽空系統(tǒng)的抽速,提高系統(tǒng)真空度。一般用于對真空度和潔凈度要求比較高的鍍膜系統(tǒng),對于分子泵或油擴散泵抽空系統(tǒng),可以在不對現(xiàn)有真空系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行大的改造基礎(chǔ)上(只增加一個法蘭擋板),提高機組工作效率。
