◆ 工作原理是讓液狀或泥漿狀物料在水蒸汽或其他熱載體加熱的滾筒

表面形成薄膜，滾筒轉(zhuǎn)一圈的過程中便被干燥完畢，用刮刀把產(chǎn)品刮下來，露出的滾筒表面再次與原料接觸并形成薄膜進(jìn)行干燥。

◆ 干燥速率大，筒壁上濕料膜的傳熱與傳質(zhì)過程里向外方向*，溫差大，使料膜表面保持較高的蒸發(fā)溫度。

◆ 干燥時間短，約 10~15s，適合熱敏性物料。

◆ 操作簡便，維修簡便
