GNL 系列內熱式流化床干燥機
◆內熱式流化床干燥機是我廠與四川大學化工學院共同研制開發(fā)
的新一代高效節(jié)能干燥裝置。該裝置主要由內熱式流化床、送風 機、引風機、空氣預熱器、旋風分離器和水膜除塵器等設備組成。 環(huán)境空氣經(jīng)送風機吹入預熱器進行預熱,熱空氣流入流化床,氣 固兩相在流化狀態(tài)下進行接觸,傳熱傳質,完成對固體濕物料的 干燥加工.濕物料通過加料機連續(xù)加入流化床,干燥產品從卸料 口連續(xù)排出.廢氣經(jīng)旋風分離器和水膜除塵器凈化后,由引風機 排出放空。它將內加熱構件埋置在流化料層中,物料脫水所需熱 量分別由內加熱構件和流化用熱空氣提供。廣泛適用于精制鹽、 純堿、過碳酸鈉、芒硝、硝酸鉀、氯化氨等等物料的干 燥和冷卻。?GNL 系列內熱式流化床干燥機
◆ Internal heating fluidized bed is a new high-efficient and energy- saved dryer, and it is researched and designed by our factory and Chemistry Collage of Sichuan University. The machine is mainly made up internal heating, blower, draught fan, air pre-heater, cyclone and spray duster. Air enters into pre-heater by blower. Hot air enters into fluidized bed, and then the damp solid material is dried The damp material is feed into fluidized by feeder, the dry product is discharged by discharge outlet, and the waste gas is discharged The steam heating pipe is put in the fluidized material, and the energy of drying material is supported by steam heating pipe and fluidized hot air, it is a high effective dryer. It is widely used in drying and cooling exquisite salt, soda, sodium per carbonate, salt cake, KCl, KNO3, NH3Cl and so on.
◆內熱式流化床由風室、流化室、分離室和氣體分布板等構成,?
流化室設置有內加熱構件,熱氣體經(jīng)分布板均布后進入物料 層,使物料處于流化狀態(tài)。埋置在料層中的加熱元件對流化床 進行補充加熱,氣固兩相通過密切接觸和傳熱傳質 , 實現(xiàn)對固 體物料的干燥操作。由于干燥器所需的絕大部分熱量以加熱方 式提供,隨尾氣放散的熱量大為減少,熱效率較高,干燥能耗 很低。
◆ Internal heating fluidized bed is made up of air chamber, fluidized chamber, separating chamber, gas distribution plate and so oa The steam heating pipe in fluidized chamber, the hot air enter into material layer through distribution plate, and raw material is fluidized and is heated by heating pipe, so the gas and the solid are connected and haven mass and heat transfer, and the solid material is dried trough itjhe energy of dryer mainly provided by heating pipe, so the energy loss is reduced greatly and energy efficiency is high, and the drying energy consumption is very low.
◆節(jié)能高效,由于大部分熱量是由換熱效率約在 90% 的埋置在料層中的蒸汽加熱盤管提供,流化用熱空氣 主要作為保證正常流態(tài)化的動力,比原有流化床干燥 機所需熱空氣量大大降低,因此整個系統(tǒng)能耗及排氣 熱損失也相應的大大降低,提高了干燥效率。
◆由于內熱式流化床的系統(tǒng)操作氣速比原有流化床低,
可有效降低流化床內的物料夾帶損失,相應降低了整 個系統(tǒng)的阻力,減少了環(huán)境污染。
◆系統(tǒng)占地面積小,投資省。
◆具有能量消耗低、設備體積小、處理能力大的顯著特
點。
