產(chǎn)品描述：

螺桿泵分為單螺桿泵、雙螺桿泵和三螺桿泵。我廠生產(chǎn)的螺桿泵質(zhì)量可靠，機(jī)械振動(dòng)小，無(wú)脈動(dòng)，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，吸入性能強(qiáng)。螺桿泵可用于輸送中性或腐蝕性液體、清潔或研磨性液體、含有氣體或易產(chǎn)生氣泡的液體、高或低粘度液體，包括含有纖維和固體物質(zhì)的液體，應(yīng)用范圍廣泛。

螺桿泵通過(guò)螺桿的旋轉(zhuǎn)吸入和排出液體。中間螺桿由原動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，兩側(cè)螺桿為從動(dòng)螺桿，與主動(dòng)螺桿反向旋轉(zhuǎn)。主螺桿和從動(dòng)螺桿的螺紋為雙頭螺紋。由于螺桿相互嚙合，螺桿與缸套內(nèi)壁緊密配合，泵的吸入口和排出口將被分隔成一個(gè)或多個(gè)密封空間。隨著螺桿的旋轉(zhuǎn)和嚙合，這些密封空間在泵的吸入端連續(xù)形成，吸入室中的液體被密封在其中，并沿著螺桿的軸線從吸入室持續(xù)推至排出端。密封在每個(gè)空間中的液體不斷排出，就像螺絲旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)向前推動(dòng)的螺母。這是螺桿泵的基本工作原理。
