該機由主體、機身、蝸輪箱體、糖衣鍋、加熱裝置、風(fēng)機、過濾器、電氣等主要部分組成。它由電動通過三角皮帶驅(qū)動蝸輪、蝸桿，帶動糖衣鍋旋轉(zhuǎn)，在離心力的作用下，使物料在鍋內(nèi)作上下翻滾磨擦，達(dá)到糖衣混合、制丸和打光的效果。鍋內(nèi)還專門設(shè)制了排風(fēng)管，通過過濾、除塵排到室外，符合GMP要求。本機還可設(shè)制調(diào)速機構(gòu)便于以后自己改造簡便包衣用，歡迎選購。
