用途

包芯片是近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外出現(xiàn)干式包衣的一種新型片型。ZPW20型包芯機(jī)是我廠在消化吸收*進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上研究成功的一種機(jī)電一體化的產(chǎn)品。為國(guó)內(nèi)*。*。
        ZPW20型包芯機(jī)采用全封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)，工作室與外界隔離，保證了壓片區(qū)域的清潔，不會(huì)造成與外界的交叉污染，壓片采用不銹鋼制作，符合藥品生產(chǎn)的GMP要求。

該機(jī)用以壓制包芯片，經(jīng)過(guò)少許變動(dòng)也可壓制異形、環(huán)形、雙層片。壓片時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)盤的速度，物料的充填深度，壓片厚度均可調(diào)節(jié)，芯片可選片看樣，壓片的壓力是液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的，并附有壓力表顯示、轉(zhuǎn)速顯示、產(chǎn)量顯示、缺芯片自動(dòng)刪除，并具有壓片過(guò)載停機(jī)。
　　ZPW20型旋轉(zhuǎn)式包芯機(jī)，不僅適用于制藥業(yè)對(duì)緩釋片劑、避光控制、氧氣保護(hù)以及壓制二種相互不混合顆粒狀物料的需要，還可以用于食品化工行業(yè)。

　　Model ZPW20 Rotary Covered Tablet Press a fully enclosed structure with the operation compartment isolated form the outside.Ensuring the cleanness in the tablet compressing area without crestion of cross contamination with the outside.The comperssing compartment is wholly made of stainless steel.Which is in compliance with the GMP requirement on the production of pharmaceuticals.
　　The machine adopted the adjustment of speed by means of frequencyinversion which is easy in operation and wide in scope of adjustment of speed.Disintegrade structure is adopted for the turrer.With the top of the tablet directlyin contact with pharmaceutical materials made of stainlesssteel and hardened by special technological process.Resulting in the remarkable inprovement in fatness and resistance to wearing.
