　　本機(jī)能將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成圓形片、各種幾何形狀的異形片，可用于制藥、電子、化工、食品等行業(yè)，于小批量生產(chǎn)，其特點(diǎn)是可調(diào)節(jié)速度、物料的充填深度、片形厚度、機(jī)上裝有機(jī)械緩沖裝置，可避免過載引起的機(jī)件損壞，該機(jī)配有吸粉箱，通過吸咀可吸取機(jī)器運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免粘結(jié)堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用。

This machine is suitable for pressing round tablets form various kinds of granular materials,but also different geometrical shape tablets.Specially for small-scale batch production.During operation,thespeed if the turret rotation,the depth of the talets can be adjusted.The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus form overload damage.A powder suction unit is attaches to take in the residual powder during operation,so that the blockage by the residual powder can be elimminiated and the collected powder material can be reused.Thes machine has won the Fine Quality Product Prize awarede by China National Medical Management Bureau.
