顆粒包裝機用途：該機適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的松散狀，無粘結性顆粒狀物料并有計量要求的中小袋自動包裝，如：沖劑，麥片，咖啡，結晶狀物料（味精，白糖，食鹽等），細小丸物料（中成藥，干燥劑）等。

顆粒包裝機特點：
- 該機采用進口PLC可編程控制器，并配置中英文顯示屏操作，從而使設備操作簡單，設定方便，自動化程度高。
- 采用步進電機與驅動使拉袋精確度更高，良好的驅動器性能使得噪聲低，拉袋平穩(wěn)而快速。
- 采用*的光電控制系統，袋子長度可在顯示屏直接操作設定，且對版準確。
- 采用全不銹鋼外罩，耐腐蝕性高，清理衛(wèi)生方便，符合GMP要求。
- 可選配置各種大小容積式計量的量杯，切斷方式可選用平切，連袋點切或鋸齒形，并可選配色帶熱打碼機。

- Stepping motor and drive are adopted, making pull bag precision is accuracy.
- Photoelectric tracking system and two-way compensate function are adopted to ensure correct and accurate double-face printing and counting.
- Shell is made of full stainless steel, with high corrosion resisting, easy to clear.
- Options for configuring different capacity measuring cup and cutting way: saw-tooth cutting dashed line cutting.
