液體包裝機用途：該機適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的液體物料并有計量要求的中小袋三邊封包裝，如洗發(fā)水，棒棒冰，酒，醬油，醋，醫(yī)藥劑水，化工水劑等。
Usage: Machine is suitable for packing liquid material in the medicine, food, and daily chemical industries, and automatic packing into sachets with measuring requirement. Such as shampoo, ice lolly, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, medicine water, chemical agent water and so on.
液體包裝機特點：
- 該機采用進口PLC可編程控制器，并配置中英文顯示屏操作，從而使設備操作簡單，設定方便，自動化程度高。
- 采用步進電機與驅(qū)動使拉袋精確度更高，良好的驅(qū)動器性能使得噪聲低，拉袋平穩(wěn)而快速。
- 采用*的光電控制系統(tǒng)，袋子長度可在顯示屏直接操作設定，且對版準確。
- 采用全不銹鋼外罩，耐腐蝕性高，清理衛(wèi)生方便，符合GMP要求。
- 配置額定計量范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)的柱塞泵，切斷方式可選用平切，連袋點切或鋸齒形，并可選配色帶熱打碼機。
Characteristic:
- Machine adopt PLC programmable control, and configure an English and Chinese display screen, thus making it easy to operate and maintain as well as simple to adjust, full automatic.
- Stepping motor and drive are adopted; making pull bag precision is accuracy.
- Photoelectric tracking system and two-way compensate function are adopted to ensure correct and accurate double-face printing and counting.
- Shell is made of full stainless steel, with high corrosion resisting, easy to clear.
- Configure plunger pump that can be adjusted in rated measuring range and option cutting way: saw-tooth cutting dashed line cutting.
