GGNL 系列膏狀物料一內(nèi)熱式振動流化床

◆內(nèi)熱式振動流化床干燥機是我廠與四川大學(xué)化工學(xué)院共同研制開發(fā)的新一代高效節(jié)能干燥裝置。

◆工業(yè)上經(jīng)常遇見需要干燥膏糊狀物料。采用帶式干燥機干燥膏糊狀物料，設(shè)備體積龐大，傳動機構(gòu)

復(fù)雜，能量消耗高，采用噴霧干燥和螺旋閃蒸干燥，也不經(jīng)濟。針對這種情況，開發(fā)了膏糊料內(nèi)熱式振動流化床干燥技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)了膏糊狀物料的高效節(jié)能干燥．以鈦白包膜膏糊料干燥為例，某工廠水分氣化量為 2.3 噸水 / 小時，所用帶式干燥機的尺寸為：長 × 寬 × 高 =24.9 m×2.5 m×4.0 m，蒸汽耗用量為 6.9 噸 / 小時，采用內(nèi)熱式振動流化床進(jìn)行干燥，流化床面積約 4m2，蒸汽用量不超過 4.5 噸 / 小時，不僅設(shè)備投資大幅下降，僅蒸汽一項一年可以節(jié)約 280 萬元?？梢?，采用內(nèi)熱式振動流化床能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)膏狀物料的高效節(jié)能干燥。

◆系統(tǒng)裝置兩臺風(fēng)機，一送一抽。流化床通過彈簧支撐在支架上，振動

電機的激振力使床體產(chǎn)生垂直方向的正弦振動，空氣經(jīng)預(yù)熱后送入流化床，床內(nèi)物料在振激力和氣力的雙重作用下處于流化狀態(tài)。流化床內(nèi)裝入一定量的惰性顆粒，并在流化室內(nèi)布置加熱構(gòu)件，對床層實施強化加熱。膏糊料裝于儲料罐中，用螺桿泵送入分散器，呈滴狀灑入流化床中，均勻噴灑并涂布在惰性粒子表面，進(jìn)行干燥，漿料干燥后從惰性顆粒表面脫落，產(chǎn)品用旋風(fēng)分離器和布袋除塵器收集。

◆干燥所需的絕大部分熱量以內(nèi)加熱方式提供，干燥介質(zhì)用量大

為減少，廢氣放空的熱損失減少，熱效率提高，干燥所需的熱能消耗減少。

◆由于空氣用量減少，風(fēng)力系統(tǒng)裝機功率盟著降低，電能消耗大

◆惰性顆粒流化床提供了巨大的干燥面積，通過內(nèi)加熱措施進(jìn)行

強化傳熱，干燥強度大為提高，做到小設(shè)備大生產(chǎn)，實現(xiàn)高效和節(jié)能*結(jié)合。
