無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備
一、無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備特點(diǎn)原理及圖片:
為解決傳統(tǒng)生活供水系統(tǒng)中,水泵的直接接入自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)對(duì)自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓?jiǎn)栴},我公司創(chuàng)新研制開(kāi)發(fā)可新一代WFGW、WFGL系列無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻給水設(shè)備(管網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)增壓設(shè)備)。該產(chǎn)品不但解決了地下水池的二次污染問(wèn)題,還可以和純凈水設(shè)備配套,直接作為飲用水的增壓設(shè)備,可以在任何一個(gè)需要管網(wǎng)增壓的供水系統(tǒng)中使用。該系列產(chǎn)品獲得多項(xiàng)使用新型國(guó)家。
二、無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備設(shè)備特點(diǎn)
節(jié)電節(jié)水
采用變頻進(jìn)行軟件起動(dòng),避免了電流沖擊。同時(shí)是實(shí)現(xiàn)恒壓控制,也避免了對(duì)管網(wǎng)的沖擊,延長(zhǎng)了管路及閥門(mén)的壽命。傳統(tǒng)的水池二次加壓供水方式將自來(lái)水放入水池,使原有的自來(lái)水壓力釋放為零,浪費(fèi)可自來(lái)水原有壓力能。該設(shè)備利用調(diào)節(jié)裝置與自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)聯(lián)結(jié)可充分利用管網(wǎng)的壓力能,節(jié)電可達(dá)50%~90%。
消除了地下水池的二次污染
傳統(tǒng)的水池二次加壓供水方式將自來(lái)水放入水池,水池的水易于被贓物甚至動(dòng)物尸體所污染,尤其在夏天易產(chǎn)生藻類或滋生蚊蟲(chóng),直接影響到用戶的身體健康。該設(shè)備利用調(diào)節(jié)裝置采用封閉式供水方式,消除了二次污染。
節(jié)省投資,減少占地,安裝、使用、檢修方便
建造水池,工程總投資大,并且使用過(guò)程中要定期清洗,不但增加了工程的總投資,還增加了日常的維護(hù)費(fèi)用。該設(shè)備利用調(diào)節(jié)裝置供水,節(jié)省投資,減少占地,根據(jù)用戶的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況可以采用立式或臥式不同的安裝方式,檢修方便。
采用PID閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié),恒壓精度高,水壓波動(dòng)小。
具有過(guò)載,短路,過(guò)流等各種自動(dòng)保護(hù)功能。

三、無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備工作原理
微機(jī)設(shè)定給水泵工作壓力,既用戶用水壓力。生活給水時(shí),設(shè)備運(yùn)行在低壓變頻狀態(tài),有變頻器時(shí)刻監(jiān)控管網(wǎng)壓力,對(duì)反饋值和設(shè)定值進(jìn)行運(yùn)算和比較計(jì)算,若管網(wǎng)壓力高于用戶所需壓力(設(shè)定壓力)則自動(dòng)減少輸出頻率,從而使泵的轉(zhuǎn)速減少,出水量減少。若管網(wǎng)壓力低于用戶所需壓力(設(shè)定壓力)則自動(dòng)增加輸出頻率,從而是泵的轉(zhuǎn)速增加,出水量增加,當(dāng)一臺(tái)泵運(yùn)行滿足不了用戶需要時(shí),其他各臺(tái)泵自動(dòng)投入,以保證用戶的使用壓力。
當(dāng)自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)的壓力升高到達(dá)與用戶使用壓力時(shí)候,變頻器經(jīng)過(guò)一段延時(shí)后便降低轉(zhuǎn)速直到停機(jī)。只有當(dāng)壓力降到某一設(shè)定壓力值時(shí),變頻器才重新開(kāi)始工作。變頻泵組的工作知識(shí)滿足擁護(hù)的用水壓力與管網(wǎng)壓力之差。大大節(jié)約了電能。
當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓低于一個(gè)大氣壓時(shí),安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢?fù)壓消除器自動(dòng)打開(kāi),使氣體進(jìn)入流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi),消除負(fù)壓。當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力升高時(shí),又可以將多余的氣體排除流量調(diào)節(jié)器外,使流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水,以備下次用水高峰期時(shí)使用。當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水后,安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢?fù)壓消除器自動(dòng)關(guān)閉,防止溢流。
四、無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備工作過(guò)程
管網(wǎng)壓力高于或等于用戶壓力時(shí)
當(dāng)自來(lái)水壓力高于用戶使用壓力時(shí),旁路止回閥導(dǎo)通,由自來(lái)水直接供給用戶用水。用戶壓力高于或等于設(shè)定壓力,變頻設(shè)備不運(yùn)行,水泵處于停機(jī)狀態(tài)。
管網(wǎng)壓力低于用戶壓力時(shí)
變頻設(shè)備開(kāi)始運(yùn)行,水泵處于開(kāi)始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
管網(wǎng)流量大于等于用戶用水量時(shí)
若流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)有空氣則壓力升高,又可以將多余的氣體排出流量調(diào)節(jié)器外。使流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水以備下次用水高峰期時(shí)使用。當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)蓄滿水后,安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢?fù)壓消除器自動(dòng)關(guān)閉,防止溢流。流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力恢復(fù)至自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)壓力。
若流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)沒(méi)有空氣,流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力保持自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)內(nèi)壓力。
水泵提升壓力為用戶用水壓力與管網(wǎng)里之差。
即水泵提供揚(yáng)程=用戶用水壓力-管網(wǎng)壓力
管網(wǎng)流量小雨用戶用水量時(shí)
流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力降低,當(dāng)流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力低于一個(gè)大氣壓時(shí),安裝在流量調(diào)節(jié)器頂?shù)呢?fù)壓消除器自動(dòng)打開(kāi),使氣體進(jìn)入流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi),消除負(fù)壓。
流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)壓力降為零。流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)的水與自來(lái)水的流入共同提供給用戶用水。流量調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)儲(chǔ)備水補(bǔ)償?shù)氖怯脩粲盟c管網(wǎng)流量之差。水泵提升壓力為用戶用水壓力。
五、無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備產(chǎn)品性能指標(biāo)
WFGW、WFGL系列無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻給水設(shè)備(管網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)增壓設(shè)備)是采用*的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)自行開(kāi)發(fā)研制的新型供水設(shè)備。具有變量恒壓,供水壓力精度高的顯著特點(diǎn),即在壓力不變的前提下,流量從零到工作流量范圍內(nèi),供水壓力變化范圍在±0.01MPa以內(nèi),可消除對(duì)自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓的現(xiàn)象,提高了生活給水系統(tǒng)的可靠性;占地面積小,節(jié)省建設(shè)投資,安裝使用維護(hù)方便;是適合用于工業(yè)及民用建筑生活系統(tǒng)的理想給水設(shè)備。
WFGW、WFGL系列無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻給水設(shè)備(管網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)增壓設(shè)備)主要指標(biāo)如下:

無(wú)負(fù)壓變頻供水設(shè)備的選型是根據(jù)用戶自來(lái)水管線、壓力與流量,用戶實(shí)際用水量、建筑物的高度等數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)確定的,設(shè)備表用的調(diào)節(jié)器容積是按照自來(lái)水流量滿足要求的情況下估算的,如果自來(lái)水管路很細(xì),流量不能滿足擁水高峰期的用水要求,需要重新計(jì)算調(diào)節(jié)器的容積,推薦公司如下:
