Supelco DEX環(huán)糊精衍生物手性氣相柱
固定相介紹：
1. β-DEX 110：非鍵合相，SPB-35（35%苯基/65%甲基聚硅氧烷）中含20%全甲基化β-環(huán)糊精。應(yīng)用：揮發(fā)性手性異構(gòu)體（酮、酯、烷烴、烯烴、醇、酸、醚等）。溫度范圍：30℃*230℃。
2. α-DEX 120：非鍵合相，SPB-35（35%苯基/65%甲基聚硅氧烷）中含20%全甲基化α-環(huán)糊精。對(duì)小分子手性異構(gòu)體的分離有*的選擇性，也適用于分離同分異構(gòu)體（如苯酚、二甲苯等）。溫度范圍：30℃*230℃。
3. β-DEX 120：非鍵合相，SPB-35（35%苯基/65%甲基聚硅氧烷）中含20%全甲基化β-環(huán)糊精。應(yīng)用：揮發(fā)性手性異構(gòu)體（酮、酯、烷烴、烯烴、醇、酸、醚等），與β-DEX 110有相同的手性選擇性但洗脫順序不同。溫度范圍：30℃*230℃。
4. γ-DEX 120：非鍵合相，SPB-35（35%苯基/65%甲基聚硅氧烷）中含20%全甲基化γ-環(huán)糊精。手性異構(gòu)體的洗脫順序常常跟α-DEX和β-DEX柱相反，可作為α-DEX和β-DEX的補(bǔ)充。溫度范圍：30℃*230℃。

Astec CHIRALDEX環(huán)糊精衍生物手性氣相柱
應(yīng)用：分離多種未衍生化的非芳香化合物手性異構(gòu)體，及一些芳香化合物的手性異構(gòu)體。包括手性合成中大量的起始物和中間體，生化和制藥中的中間體及代謝物，環(huán)境污染物和香料等。溫度范圍：AT固定性-5℃～180℃，其他固定性-5℃～2200℃
固定相：由復(fù)雜的環(huán)糊精衍生物組成特殊固定相，具有寬范圍的手性選擇性。
