◆該機采用全封閉形式,配有三級凈化裝置，過濾后的空氣達十萬級要求。筒體裝有冷壁裝置,使壁溫＜80℃,物料在壁上停留不會有焦化變質現象,大大增加了收粉率(達95%以上),而且不會產生混藥現象和粘壁現象。

◆基本原理:中藥浸膏高速離心噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術在特定物料干燥中的應用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使物料分散成霧狀，與熱空所充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。

◆中藥浸膏噴霧干燥機是專門用來解決中藥浸膏和植物提取液的噴霧干燥機，它解決了物料在原LPG高速噴霧干燥機在中藥浸膏干燥中出現的以下情況：

1.物料粘壁，收粉率低;

2.物料在壁上停留時間長，產生物料的焦化變質現象；

3.難以清洗，不符合GMP要求;

4.產量低:LPG-150型噴霧干燥機,只能處理50-60kg/h料液。
