標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì):
LCP泵由以下部分組成:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的馬達(dá),葉輪,泵殼,衛(wèi)生機(jī)械密封.它具有專為就地清洗系統(tǒng)(CIP)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)部和可清洗的密封.LCP泵有一個(gè)不銹鋼的外罩可保護(hù)馬達(dá),還有四個(gè)可調(diào)節(jié)的不銹鋼支腳.
軸封:
LCP泵裝有一個(gè)平衡型單端面機(jī)械密封或一個(gè)可沖洗的平衡型單端面機(jī)械密封.這兩種機(jī)械密封的靜環(huán)由AISI316L鋼內(nèi)嵌碳化硅或石墨構(gòu)成,動(dòng)環(huán)則由碳化硅制成.可沖洗機(jī)械密封的輔助密封是一個(gè)經(jīng)久耐用的唇形密封.SCP10B~SCP25B型泵的機(jī)械密封為雙端面機(jī)械密封.

Standard design
the LCP pump consist of a standard motor, impeller, pump casing and sanitary mechanical shaft seal, the LCP pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal rounding and cleanable seals, LCP has a stainless steel shroud for protection of the motor ,ａnd the complete unit is supported on four adjustable stainless steels.
Shaft seal
The LCP pump is equipped with either an single or a flushed shaft seal, both have stationary seal rings in acid resistant steel AISI316L with sealing surface in carbon or carbide and rotating seal rings in silicon carbide. the secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal.LCP10B to 25Bbmay also be equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal.
