試驗(yàn)儀由試驗(yàn)部分和控制部分組成采用一體化設(shè)計(jì)， 方便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝和調(diào)試。 試驗(yàn)箱外殼及結(jié)構(gòu)件采用 S304不銹鋼或黃銅制造；電極頭為不銹鋼，耐高溫耐腐蝕；滴液計(jì)數(shù)準(zhǔn)確，控制系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠。The tester is composed of the test part and the control part, and adopts the integrated design to facilitate the field installation and commissioning. 性能指標(biāo)performance index

1、電極：厚 0.5mm 材質(zhì)：不銹鋼；1. Electrode: 0.5mm thick material: stainless steel;

2、上下電極距離：50.0mm±0.1；2. Distance between upper and lower electrodes: 50.0mm ± 0.1;

3、試驗(yàn)電壓：100V-6000V 可調(diào)；3. Test voltage: 100v-6000v adjustable;

4、調(diào)壓器：輸出：0～250V 可以調(diào)，容量 5KVA；4. Voltage regulator: output: 0-250V adjustable, capacity 5KVA;

11、起痕判斷：依標(biāo)準(zhǔn) GB/T6553-2003/4.1.2 規(guī)定，在試樣上施加電壓（2.5k V,3. 5k V 和 4.5k V） ，并以一定流速滴污染液，在 60mA 以下的電流持續(xù) 6H 不過(guò)流即為通過(guò)；

11. Judgment of trace initiation: according to the provisions of GB / t6553-2003 / 4.1.2, apply voltage (2.5KV, 3.5kv and 4.5kv) to the sample, and drop the contaminated liquid at a certain flow rate. If the current below 60mA continues to flow for 6h, the sample will pass.

采用雷弗精密蠕動(dòng)泵，流量范圍 0.00185 ～20 毫升/分鐘，工作轉(zhuǎn)速 0.1～50 轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘，流量精度誤差：＜0.5%；The precision peristaltic pump is adopted, the flow range is 0.00185-20ml/min, the working speed is 0.1-50r/min, and the flow accuracy error is less than 0.5%.
