產(chǎn)品描述：

泵的水力設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了固液兩相流動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)，過(guò)流部件采用合金抗磨鑄鐵。該型泵具有效率高、過(guò)流部件壽命長(zhǎng)、汽蝕余量低、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)等特點(diǎn)。

泵為臥式、單級(jí)、單吸、懸臂式離心泵。適用于輸送含懸浮固體顆粒的液體（如精礦、尾礦、灰渣、煤泥、水泥、泥土、砂等），被輸送漿液濃度按重量計(jì)為50~70%，允許通過(guò)少量大固體顆粒，但其粒徑不應(yīng)大于過(guò)流斷面尺寸的80%。

泵的出口可由垂直向上變換成水平方向。高揚(yáng)程泵均可兩級(jí)串聯(lián)使用。自傳動(dòng)端看泵的旋向?yàn)轫槙r(shí)針（現(xiàn)為逆時(shí)針旋向）。

為滿足電廠灰渣及選礦尾砂遠(yuǎn)距離輸送需要，吸取了灰渣泵的長(zhǎng)處，結(jié)合多年生產(chǎn)灰渣泵的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，還開發(fā)有多級(jí)串聯(lián)灰渣泵，可五級(jí)串聯(lián)運(yùn)行，也可單級(jí)運(yùn)行，末級(jí)壓力可達(dá)4.2Mpa。

表列合金抗磨白口鑄鐵中：N-A、N-B對(duì)粗顆粒有較好抗磨蝕性；N-C抗磨性與N-A類似，但對(duì)大顆粒、高應(yīng)力抗沖擊磨蝕能力較強(qiáng)；Cr26、Cr28抗磨性與N-A類似，但具有較好的抗酸性腐蝕能力（介質(zhì)PH值可至4）；15-2B屬流行的優(yōu)良抗磨材料Cr15Mo3的改進(jìn)品種，抗磨性，價(jià)格相應(yīng)較高。

在用戶未提出所要求材料時(shí)，我們提供低合金錳球鐵或52號(hào)合金抗磨鑄鐵的過(guò)流部件。
