This machine is a vertical drum structure,ultrasonic rough cleaning,robot keeping bottle upside pressure needle will use water and gas to wash the bottles three times.Its recycled water, compressed air, water for injection needle use the dedicated pipeline, no cross-contamination; needle inserted into the Inside washing; water, less air pressure loss, good cleaning effect.
立式洗瓶機(jī)本機(jī)為立式轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)構(gòu)，采用超聲波粗洗，機(jī)械手夾瓶倒立噴針跟蹤三水三氣交替壓力噴射，對(duì)瓶子逐個(gè)清洗。其循環(huán)水、壓縮空氣、注射用水均使用管道噴針，無(wú)交叉污染；噴針插入瓶?jī)?nèi)沖洗；水、氣壓力損失少，清洗效果好。
