    三相分離臥螺沉降離心機(jī)，主要用于固—液—液分離，即一種固相（比重zui大）和兩種密度不同的液相同步分離。其工作原理是：物料在離心力的作用下，形成三個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的層面，由轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁 開始向內(nèi)依次為固相層、重液層、輕液層。固相層在螺旋輸送器的推動(dòng)下向轉(zhuǎn)鼓小端移動(dòng)，并從排渣口排出。重液層和輕液層則順著螺旋葉片間孔道向轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端流動(dòng)，然后從不同的出口排出，實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)的三相分離。，是在德國(guó)洪堡公司技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過自身多年充分的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和摸索實(shí)踐，開發(fā)出來 的成熟產(chǎn)品。
