概述 Description
將所要處理的物料通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)匿伭蠙C(jī)構(gòu)，如星型布料器、擺動(dòng)帶、粉碎機(jī)或造料機(jī)，分布在輸送帶上，輸送帶通過(guò)一個(gè)或幾個(gè)加熱單元組成的通道，每個(gè)加熱單元均配有空氣加熱和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，每一個(gè)通道有一個(gè)或幾個(gè)排濕系統(tǒng)，在輸送帶通過(guò)時(shí)，熱空氣從上往下或從下往上通過(guò)輸送帶上的物料，從而使物料能均勻干燥。

原理 Principle
物料由加料器均勻地鋪在網(wǎng)帶上，網(wǎng)帶一般采用12-60目不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)，由傳動(dòng)裝置拖動(dòng)在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)。干燥機(jī)由若干單位組成，每一單元熱風(fēng)獨(dú)立循環(huán)，部分尾氣由專門(mén)排濕風(fēng)機(jī)排出，廢氣由調(diào)節(jié)閥控制，熱氣由下往上或由上往下穿過(guò)鋪滿物料的網(wǎng)帶完成熱量與質(zhì)量傳遞的進(jìn)程，帶走物料水份。網(wǎng)帶緩慢移動(dòng)，運(yùn)行速度可根據(jù)物料溫度自由調(diào)節(jié)，干燥后的成品連續(xù)落入收料器中。上下循環(huán)單元根據(jù)用戶需要可靈活配備，單元數(shù)量可根據(jù)需要選取。
The materials are evenly displayed on the mesh-belt by the material feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmitting device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separay. Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjusting valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-bilt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the transmitting of heat and mass. This process will bring water away from the material. The meshbelt moving slowly, running speed can be easily adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously. The upper and lower circulating units can be freely equipped according to the users requirements. The unit number can also be selected according to the requirements.
