概述 Description
DZW用途高效混合干燥機(jī)是醫(yī)藥、化工、農(nóng)藥、食品生產(chǎn)等行業(yè)粉體干燥的設(shè)備。本機(jī)*改變了傳統(tǒng)干燥設(shè)備體積大、能耗高、工時長、效率低、噪音高、易結(jié)塊、多漏點以及清潔維護(hù)不便等缺陷；是目前行業(yè)內(nèi)所使用國內(nèi)外同類設(shè)備中能耗zui低、效率zui高、效果的一款多用途干燥設(shè)備。

特點 Featrures
【加熱系統(tǒng)】在傳統(tǒng)的罐體夾套基礎(chǔ)上，增加了螺旋槳內(nèi)部給熱；使給熱面積達(dá)到整個容器面積的140％，*地提升了加熱效率。
【攪拌系統(tǒng)】螺旋槳攪拌器在運行過程中使得物料提升并不斷地得到剪切和分散。保證了料倉內(nèi)所有物料都能獲得充分運動，并能使物料除了來自螺旋槳的提升以外，沒有受到任何外力的擠壓，杜絕了物料與罐體之間所產(chǎn)生的無效摩擦。*的螺旋槳攪拌既能滿足混合效果，又能增加給熱面積和剪切粉碎效果，避免物料熱敏性造成的結(jié)塊或成粒現(xiàn)象。
【參氣系統(tǒng)】WZ Xi多用途混合干燥器加入了*的參氣系統(tǒng)，使物料的干燥速度得到提高。
【Heeting System】 based on the traditional tank jacket heeting,be added with the internal heet of the propeller, so that the entire area becomes 140 percent of the container, greatly enhancing the efficiency of the heeting.
【Crashing Device】Propeller agitator makes the material upgrade and continues to make it to be cut and distributed.Ensure that all materials within the hopper are fully moved.And makes materials in a no external compression space in addition to the upgrading of the propeller from the outside,avoiding the invalid friction between the materials and tank.A unique hybrid that meets the propeller mixing effects,can increase the heat transfer area and the effect of shear smash.and avoid heat.sensitive materials or as a result of particle agglomeration phenomena.
