顆粒袋裝生產(chǎn)線由一個(gè)充填頭、一臺鏈板輸送帶及一個(gè)控制箱組成，整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理，控制部分采用伺服馬達(dá)、PLC及觸摸屏控制， 操作簡便、穩(wěn)定性高?？膳c封口機(jī)、貼標(biāo)機(jī)等組成整套灌裝流水線。本機(jī)充填頭配有電動自動升降裝置，輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)多種袋裝。
1、整機(jī)外表設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)，清洗十分方便。
2、PLC控制、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面顯示，操作簡便。 伺服馬達(dá)及伺服驅(qū)動控制螺桿，性能穩(wěn)定。3、固定式螺桿安裝結(jié)構(gòu)，袋裝時(shí)不產(chǎn)生金屬污染。
