產(chǎn)品說明     膽固醇是一種類脂，也稱膽甾醇，主要存在于細(xì)胞膜中，并經(jīng)血液來運(yùn)輸。膽固醇用于生成細(xì)胞膜與激素，在細(xì)胞信號傳導(dǎo)過程中也起著重要的作用。過高的膽固醇含量（高膽醇血癥）與心血管疾病(如動脈粥樣硬化等）有關(guān)；而過低的膽固醇含量（低膽醇血癥）則可能與抑郁癥，癌癥與腦出血有關(guān)。簡單，直接，自動化的膽固醇含量檢測手段是zui為理想的。本公司所生產(chǎn)的膽固醇檢測試劑盒僅使用單一工作試劑，將膽甾醇酯水解、氧化及顯色反應(yīng)結(jié)合為一個步驟。反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的吸光強(qiáng)度（570nm）或熒光強(qiáng)度（λem/ex= 585/530nm）與樣本中的總膽固醇濃度成正比。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)     檢測敏感、準(zhǔn)確： 96孔板檢測的線性范圍 比色法:1-100 mg/dL膽固醇；熒光法: 0.2-10 mg/dL膽固醇。操作簡便： 室溫下進(jìn)行檢測，無需37℃加熱器。高通量： 通過96孔板上的高通量檢測手段，每天可以測試上千份樣本。

產(chǎn)品用途     可直接檢測血清、血漿與其它生物樣本中的膽固醇含量，也可用于檢測藥物對膽固醇代謝的影響。

儲藏條件     試劑在-20℃條件下保存。

DESCRIPTION  CHOLESTEROL is a sterol and lipid present in the cell membranes, and is transported in the bloodstream of all animals. It is used to form cell membranes and hormones, and plays important roles in cell signaling processes. Elevated levels (hypercholesterolemia) have been associated with cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis; whereas, low levels (hypocholesterolemia) may be linked to depression, cancer and cerebral hemorrhage. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring cholesterol are very desirable. Our Cholesterol Assay uses a single Working Reagent that combines cholesterol ester hydrolysis, oxidation and color reaction in one step. The color intensity of the reaction product at 570nm or fluorescence intensity at λem/ex = 585/530nm is directly proportional to total cholesterol concentration in the sample.

APPLICATIONS  Direct Assays: cholesterol in serum, plasma, and other biological samples. Pharmacology: effects of drugs on cholesterol metabolism.
