測定方法     比色法（570nm）或熒光法（530nm/590nm）定量測定抗壞血酸（維生素C）的濃度。

產(chǎn)品說明   抗壞血酸（其L-對映異構(gòu)體便是人們所熟知的維生素C）是生物體中一種重要的抗氧化成分，也是食品及其他工藝過程中的添加劑。通過與活性氧發(fā)生反應(yīng)，抗壞血酸可保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受氧化損傷。本公司的產(chǎn)品為測定抗壞血酸提供了一種簡便、直接、高通量的檢測方法。該方法利用抗壞血酸與抗壞血酸氧化酶反應(yīng)生成H₂O₂。H₂O₂與一種特殊的顯色劑反應(yīng)形成一種粉紅色產(chǎn)物，其吸光強(qiáng)度（570nm）或熒光強(qiáng)度（530/585nm） 直接與樣品中的抗壞血酸濃度成正比。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)     線性檢測范圍：比色法6-1000 mM，熒光法 1-100mM 抗壞血酸。

適用范圍  檢測生物樣品如血清、血漿、尿液、唾液、乳汁、組織和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物的抗壞血酸濃度。藥物鑒定/藥理學(xué)：藥物對抗壞血酸代謝的影響。

貯藏條件     試劑盒應(yīng)冷凍運(yùn)輸，所有試劑均于-20°C保存。簽收后3個(gè)月內(nèi)有效。

DESCRIPTION  Ascorbic acid (the L-enantiomer commonly known as vitamin C) is an important antioxidant found in living organisms and applied as additives in food and other industrial processes. By reacting with reactive oxygen species, it protects the cell from oxidative damages. Our method provides a simple, direct and high-throughput assay for measuring ascorbic acid. In this assay, ascorbic acid is oxidized by ascorbate oxidase resulting in the production of H2O2 which reacts with a specific dye to form a pink colored product. The color intensity at 570nm or fluorescence intensity (530/585 nm) is directly proportional to the ascorbic acid concentration in the sample.

KEY FEATURES  Use 20 μL samples. Linear detection range: colorimetric assay 6 to 1000 μM, fluorimetric assay 1 to 100 μM ascorbic acid.

APPLICATIONS  Assays: ascorbic acid in biological samples such as serum, plasma, urine, saliva, milk, tissue, and cell culture. Drug Discovery/Pharma-cology: effects of drugs on ascorbic acid metabolism.

STORAGE CONDITIONS  The kit is shipped on ice. Store all components at -20°C. Shelf life of three months after receipt.
