產(chǎn)品說明   乳酸是在缺氧或厭氧條件下由乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)催化生成。因此乳酸濃度的監(jiān)測是組織內(nèi)氧需求與利用平衡的良好指標。同時對細胞和動物生理學研究也很重要。簡單，直接和自動化的乳酸濃度檢測方法是非?？扇〉?。博世生物技術(shù)提供的L-乳酸測試盒是基于乳酸脫氫酶催化氧化乳酸，其中形成的NADH耦合到甲臜(MTT)發(fā)色體上。產(chǎn)物的顏色強度(565nm)與樣品中乳酸的濃度成正比。

適用范圍   直接檢測：樣品如血清、血漿、細胞培養(yǎng)物中的乳酸濃度。

產(chǎn)品特點    敏感、準確: 96-孔板檢測范圍為0.05～2 mM乳酸，對于含有酚紅的細胞培養(yǎng)物樣品，檢測范圍為0.1 mM～1 mM 乳酸。方便: 僅需添加單一工作試劑并在開始和20分鐘時讀取光密度。室溫下檢測，無須37℃加熱器。高通量: 通過96-孔板高通量的自動化檢測，每天可以檢測上千份樣品。 

貯藏條件：所有試劑均于-20°C保存。

Description   Lactate is generated by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) under hypoxic or anaerobic conditions. Monitoring lactate levels is, therefore, a good indicator of the balance between tissue oxygen demand and utilization and is useful when studying cellular and animal physiology. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring lactate concentration are very desirable. our EnzyChrom^TM lactate assay kit is based on lactate dehydrogenase catalyzed oxidation of lactate, in which the formed NADH reduces a formazan (MTT) reagent. The intensity of the product color, measured at 565 nm, is proportionate to the lactate concentration in the sample.

Applications    Direct Assays: lactate in serum, plasma, and cell media samples.

Key features    Sensitive and accurate. Detection limit of 0.05 mM and linearity up to 2 mM L-Lactate in 96-well plate assay. For cell culture samples containing phenol red: detection limit of 0.1 mM and linearity up to 1 mM L-Lactate in 96-well plate assay.Convenient. The procedure involves adding a single working reagent, and reading the optical density at time zero and at 20 min. Room temperature assay. No 37°C heater is needed.High-throughput. Can be readily automated as a high-throughput 96-well plate assay for thousands of samples per day.

Storage conditions. Store all reagents at -20°C. Shelf life of at least 6 months (see expiry dates on labels).
