ZPW21 ZPW21A旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)

本機(jī)用以將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成片
狀，其Z大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是除圓形片外還能壓制各
種幾何形狀的異形片、雙層片、環(huán)形片及
雙面刻字片。轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)上可裝2 1 付活絡(luò)式?jīng)_
模，旋轉(zhuǎn)一周即可壓制2 1片。壓片時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)
的速度，物料的充填深度、壓片厚度均可
調(diào)節(jié)，還可以選片看樣，壓片的壓力是由
液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的，并附有壓力表顯示，液
壓系統(tǒng)內(nèi)配有過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置，在壓力過(guò)載
時(shí)能自動(dòng)停機(jī)，避免機(jī)件的損壞。
Z P W21A是Z P W21的改進(jìn)型產(chǎn)品，外
圍全不銹鋼。
Z P W21A是按藥品G M P要求設(shè)計(jì)的新
機(jī)型，壓制室采用四開(kāi)門(mén)有機(jī)玻璃封閉結(jié)
構(gòu)，與外界環(huán)境隔離，室內(nèi)與物料接觸的
各構(gòu)件均采用不銹鋼制成或者表面經(jīng)過(guò)特
殊防腐處理，避免物料受污染提高片劑質(zhì)
量和方便清潔。

This machine is designed for pressing tablets from various kinds of granular materials. As its feature, the machine can press not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets. Double-layered and
annular tablets，the tablets may have the impressed letters on both sides. The turret carries 21 sets of movable-punches and dies. So 21 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret. During operation,
the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The pressure for tablet pressing is set by the hydraulic drive system. A pressure gauge is attaches to the system to show the pressure value. A overload protection unit is in clouded the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs the machine stoops
automatically. ZPW21A is an improved version of ZPW21. ZPW21A is designed to meet GMP standard .An improved type of ZPW21.Its pressing area is sealed with four polymath methacrylate doors to be isolated
with outside environment. The parts contact the material are made of stainless steel or their surface is specially antisepticised to avoider pollution.
