細(xì)胞因子受體的結(jié)構(gòu)和分類:根據(jù)細(xì)胞因子受體cDNA序列以及受體胞膜外區(qū)氨基酸序列的同源性和結(jié)構(gòu)征，可將細(xì)胞因子受體主要分為四種類型：免疫球蛋白超家族（IGSF）、造血細(xì)胞因子受體超家族、神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子受體超家族和趨化因子受體。

Description:
KGF/FGF-7 is one of 23 known members of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. KGF/FGF-7 is a mitogen factor specific for epithelial cells and keratinocytes. KGF/FGF-7 signals through FGFR 2b. KGF/FGF-7 plays a role in kidney and lung development, angiogenesis, and wound healing. Recombinant human KGF/FGF-7 is a 18.9 kDa protein consisting of 163 amino acid residues. Manufactured using all non-animal reagents.
