一、機(jī)器用途
本機(jī)為臥式槽形單漿混合機(jī)，主要用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室中不同比便的干性或濕性粉狀物的均勻混合，并且在混合過(guò)程中不產(chǎn)生物料的熔解、揮發(fā)或變質(zhì)。
本機(jī)也適用于化工、食品、等工業(yè)部門小批量混合不同的主輔材料，它不適用于混合半固體、液體或粘度過(guò)大的物料。
二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
本機(jī)為整機(jī)性機(jī)座，傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活、平衡，攪拌漿及物料接觸的工件均采用不銹鋼制成，有良好的耐腐蝕性，能保持混合物料的質(zhì)量，使之不污染、不變色。
傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)主要采用蝸輪、蝸桿直接傳動(dòng)，使用時(shí)無(wú)過(guò)大噪聲，并有足夠的儲(chǔ)油量，能得到良好的潤(rùn)滑，并提高機(jī)器的使用壽命。
U型料槽內(nèi)漿軸上有螺旋漿葉，推動(dòng)物料作復(fù)雜的流動(dòng)，可取得良好的混合效果。
三、使用說(shuō)明
使用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試車，在試車前應(yīng)檢查機(jī)器全部聯(lián)接件的堅(jiān)固程度，減速機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑油量和電機(jī)設(shè)備的完整性，然后閉合電源總開關(guān)進(jìn)行空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試車。
裝料以浸沒(méi)漿軸為宜，加料后必須將料槽蓋板蓋好，再開車，以免物料淺出料槽，蓋上配有視鏡筐，能觀察物料的攪拌情況。
四、安裝說(shuō)明
本機(jī)為整臺(tái)裝箱，拆箱后搬至適當(dāng)?shù)胤?，裝好地腳螺栓，均勻地?cái)Q緊地腳螺栓的螺母，然后接下來(lái)通電源線即可使用。
五、機(jī)器保養(yǎng)及維修
經(jīng)常使用，減速機(jī)須每隔三個(gè)月?lián)Q新油一次，更換時(shí)應(yīng)將減速機(jī)清洗后加上新油。
機(jī)件每月定期檢查1-2次，檢查部位為蝸輪、蝸桿、軸承、油封，各運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分是否靈活，緊固件是否松動(dòng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況應(yīng)及時(shí)處理。
在使用過(guò)程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)器震動(dòng)異?；虬l(fā)出不正常的聲音，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查。
電器控制零件應(yīng)保持清潔靈敏，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)。
攪拌漿裝拆時(shí)應(yīng)輕拆、穩(wěn)裝、輕放、以免變形損壞。
使用結(jié)束后，應(yīng)刷靖機(jī)器各部份的殘留物料，停用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，必須將機(jī)器全部揩擦清潔，機(jī)件表面涂上防銹油，用蓬布罩好。
