該機(jī)適用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)，具有風(fēng)冷、無(wú)篩網(wǎng)等到多種性能，它不受物料粘度、軟硬及纖維等限制，對(duì)任何物料起到較好的效果。特別適用于粉碎帶纖維的中藥材，帶一定油脂性的物料。

工作原理：

該機(jī)由加料斗、分級(jí)輪、粉碎刀片、齒圈、粉碎電機(jī)、出料口、集裝箱、吸塵箱等部分組成，物料由加料斗進(jìn)入粉碎室，通過(guò)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的刀片進(jìn)行粉碎，調(diào)節(jié)分級(jí)輪與分級(jí)盤(pán)的距離來(lái)達(dá)到要求的料繼續(xù)在粉碎室中粉碎。集料箱布袋產(chǎn)生的粉塵由吸塵箱收集。該機(jī)組按“GMP”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、噪音小、產(chǎn)量高，機(jī)器采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制造，粉碎過(guò)程中無(wú)粉塵飛揚(yáng)。
