本設(shè)備是以聚乙二醇為基質(zhì)（即輔料），石蠟油為冷凝介質(zhì)，物料在50一100毫米水柱的壓力下，從滴頭快速、間斷地滴入石蠟油筒中，并被迅速冷卻，滴丸受表面張力作用收縮成為一粒粒球狀體。機(jī)組由主機(jī)、循環(huán)槽、自控儀表柜組成，各部分溫度自控可調(diào)，自動(dòng)化程度高，是制藥工業(yè)和其它丸劑生產(chǎn)的理想設(shè)備。本公司還可為客戶設(shè)計(jì)、制造其他中、小型滴丸機(jī)
