| 粒子濃度稀釋器的開(kāi)發(fā)是為滿足HEPA的性能試驗(yàn)所需具備的濃度條件。它是專為解決塵埃粒子計(jì)數(shù)器所無(wú)法測(cè)試到的高濃度這一難題而特別設(shè)計(jì)的。其在設(shè)計(jì)方面把壓力損失控制在zui小值，利用粒子計(jì)數(shù)器的吸引力進(jìn)行動(dòng)作，無(wú)需電源。該儀器有10:1和100:1兩種規(guī)格，適用于任何類型的微粒子。（PSL、PAO、DOP、NACI） 技術(shù)參數(shù)：
英文詳細(xì)介紹： Description The ATI Aerosol Diluters were developed to fill a specific need in the HEPA filter testing industry. The diluter enhances the effectiveness of optical particle counters by diluting the upstream concentration of an aerosol to prevent saturation of the particle counter. The diluter has been designed to minimize pressure drop and aerosol loss as a function of particle size.
The TDA-D series of Aerosol Diluters will work with any 1 cfm particle counter by placing it inline between the particle counter and the aerosol being sampled. The diluter is available in 10:1 and 100:1 versions and will work with any type of aerosol challenge （PSL, PAO, DOP, NaCl）.
