陶氏反滲透膜LC LE 4040技術(shù)原理是滲透的一種反向遷移運動,它主要是在壓力推動下,借助半透膜的截留作用,迫使溶液中的溶劑與溶質(zhì)分開。溶液濃度越高,滲透壓值越大。在反滲透過程中所要施加的壓力,在系統(tǒng)和膜強度允許的范圍內(nèi),必需遠大于溶液滲透壓值,一般為滲透壓值的幾倍到近幾十倍。當(dāng)鹽的水溶液與多孔的半透膜表面接觸時,則在膜的溶液界面上選擇吸附一層水分子,在反滲透壓力的作用下,通過膜的毛細管作用流出純水。并連續(xù)地流出形成界面純水層。

陶氏反滲透膜LC LE 4040分離對象是溶解的離子和分子量幾百以上的有機物,能透過溶劑而不能透過溶質(zhì)的膜一般稱之為理想的半透膜。當(dāng)把溶劑和溶液分別置于此膜的兩側(cè)時,純?nèi)軇⒆匀淮┻^半透膜而自發(fā)地向溶液一側(cè)流動。這種現(xiàn)象叫滲透。當(dāng)滲透過程進行到溶液的液面產(chǎn)生一個壓力,溶劑向溶液方向流動的趨勢,即達到平衡,此壓力稱為該溶液的滲透壓。
